Hey Guys! So a couple weeks ago I posted a bootylicious article with tips and advice on how to train your legs and glutes. Since then, some of you requested that I do a video tutorial on how to do a proper squat. Well I heard you, and I made this video tutorial for you! This will be the first of many video tutorials so stay tuned! Now keep in mind, I made this the week of my show LOL so I’m dehydrated and pretty depleted at this point! My future videos will be better I promise! But still, I think this video is awesome and I hope you find it helpful!
